What to Expect
From your first message to your fully healed tattoo — here's exactly what the process looks like.
Submit Your Booking Request
Click "Book Now" and fill out the Titan booking form. Tell us your idea, preferred artist, placement, and rough size. The more detail, the better — we love hearing your vision.
Consultation & Design Chat
Your artist will reach out within 2–3 business days to schedule a consultation — in person or via email. You'll align on design direction, sizing, placement, and any reference images you've gathered.
Custom Design Creation
Your artist gets to work on a custom design tailored specifically to you. You'll receive a preview before your appointment so you can request any tweaks. We want you to be completely in love with it.
Your Appointment Day
Come in relaxed, well-rested, and with a meal in your stomach. Your artist will walk you through the final design, position the stencil, and get to work. Sessions range from 1 hour to a full day depending on the piece.
Aftercare & Surface Healing
You'll leave with your tattoo wrapped and a full aftercare sheet in hand. Keep it clean, moisturized, and out of the sun. Surface healing takes 2–4 weeks — no picking, no soaking, no direct sunlight.
Fully Healed & Glowing
After 3–6 months your tattoo is fully settled into your skin. Colors are true, lines are crisp. If anything needs a touch-up, we've got you — one complimentary touch-up is included within 3 months of your session.

Everything you need to know before booking your appointment with us.
Yes — all appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. The deposit amount varies by artist and project size, but typically ranges from $50–$150. Your deposit goes toward the total cost of your tattoo on the day of your session.
After you submit your booking request, your artist will reach out to schedule a brief consultation — either in person or via email. This is where you'll discuss your design ideas, placement, sizing, and any reference images you have. Custom designs are drawn up after the consultation and shared with you before your appointment.
Surface healing typically takes 2–4 weeks, while full deep-skin healing can take 3–6 months. During the first two weeks, you'll need to keep the tattoo clean, moisturized, and out of direct sunlight. Your artist will provide a detailed aftercare sheet at the end of your session.
Absolutely — we love when clients come prepared! Screenshots, Pinterest boards, photos of other tattoos, or even objects from nature are all welcome. The more context you give your artist, the better they can tailor the design to you. That said, our artists never copy another artist's work directly.
Life happens! We ask for at least 72 hours' notice if you need to reschedule. Your deposit will transfer to the new appointment date. Cancellations with less than 72 hours' notice or no-shows will forfeit the deposit.
Your artist will wrap your fresh tattoo and walk you through aftercare before you leave. General guidelines include: keep it clean with unscented soap, apply a thin layer of unscented lotion 2–3x daily, avoid soaking in water (pools, baths, ocean) for 3–4 weeks, and stay out of direct sun. No picking or scratching — ever!
Yes! All of our artists offer one complimentary touch-up within 3 months of your original appointment, as long as you followed the aftercare instructions. Touch-ups beyond that window or due to improper aftercare may be subject to a small fee.
